Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Megan's Southern Charms ships merchandise to locations located within the continental US.

Megan's Southern Charms does not ship merchandise to Canada, Mexico or other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

● Please allow 3-5 business days for non sign items and signs will be 10-14business days (not including weekends or holidays) for
items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday
through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you
once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the
order ships.

● If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order
will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

● If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please
check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have
any questions, please contact us via email meganssoutherncharms@gmail.com.

● Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or
concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal
Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S.
Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.

● If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will
need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not
be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft,
and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.

● All items are made to order. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do anything I can to make it right for you.


Sign Party Customers

For customers who are ordering signs for a sign party that they are attending, please choose the Local Pickup/Sign Party option in the shipping section while ordering your sign. Local pick up and deliveries are available for customers near Buffalo, TX. Please contact us before placing your order to make sure this option is available to you. Returns/ Customer Satisfaction 

Every product we sell is handmade with love in Buffalo, Texas. Given the custom nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
